I haven't received the parcel. Aramex is not responding and the tracking number says that is invalid.

have not got it and no one is getting back to me.

I placed my order beginning of April and I did not yet received it !

My order was never sent out and I was charged!! I was treated poorly by the founder Emily.. she never was able to figure out where my order was (how convenient) and she told me to not contact them.. they basically charged me and didn’t send me my order that I needed for a birthday and she blamed it on the COVID pandemic when the order was never sent.. she couldn’t tell me where it was and was waiting at the mercy of Amarax the shipping company they use instead of just pulling up tracking info herself.. terrible service

PlaceD an order on April 4th and company closed down at some point thereafter- I have received no email concerning order - finally able to get answer via email that their shipping company does have order - but now nothing. Here’s a thought if you cannot quickly and efficiently ship out orders don’t do it. If you are going to disable telephone customer service probably shouldn’t take orders at all. The money I spent was very efficiently and quickly taken out of my account- which isn’t that always the way it goes...
