I have asked several times for the status of my order and I have not received a response.

No refund, no contact from customer care.

I’ve never had any problems with sun uva until recently I have made two orders and both there was a problem , Paid for items that wasn’t in stock , then paid for next day delivery £9.95! And order didn’t get here , Order then got delivered to a safe place by gate which I didn’t receive also !

I havent got my order yet! And they told me it should take five days. You are not answering e-Mails. Very disappointed

Terrible. Is taking forever to get my order. Bought the items a month ago. Sent couple emails without any answer, and finally I report the situation and get an apology.
