I ordered some bikinis from

I ordered some bikinis from your site and chose the option not to pre pay my duty fees as they were being sent from the UK to Mallorca. However, on an order of £55, the duty was charged at €126! Disgusting and not at all in line with the percentage charge it should have been. I contacted customer services and it took them 10 days to reply - and basically said ‘tough’! Wait for the refund in 3 weeks! I will never use this company again or recommend to friends. I love the products and would have bought from here every year and so would my friends. Companies like Next, Marks & Spencer all deliver to Mallorca without the huge customs charges! I don’t understand the outrageous fees! I look forward to your response! Sarah sarah@amapolabride.co.uk

The Peter Principle in Action

The worst. Delay to ship, shipping snafus, customs declaration filled out incompletely, days go by between responses from customer service agent and the responses solve none of the issues. In 40 years of shopping internationally for kids & grandkids this is the single worst experience I have had by a factor of 10. Cute clothes but we'll never be getting to wear them.
