Waiting for my money!

The items you sent are wonderful but one set was out of stock and the money was still debited from my account and has not been refunded three weeks after having taken it. I have written to customer services relentlessly and am very disappointed and angry now that you are holding onto my £65. This needs to be remedied immediately.

It was a shame my problem took so long to be solved because ultimately it was too late for me to place my order and receive it on time for my holidays. I asked 3 times to reset my password before it has been done finally! I am not happy with the customer service
