Only One Thing Wrong....The SIZE!
The website was not all that easy to use. Early in placing my order I made a mistake and though I tried several times and in different ways, I was never able to correct it. Thus, part of my order was wrong for that reason. I immediately contacted customer service to see if they could correct the order before it was processed, but it was already too late, even though it was within the hour.
My biggest problem is that because no questions were asked about waist, hip, stride, length or anything else, my fit size is not right. Consequently, when the pants arrived they were far too small in the waist, and in the hip area the seam bulged. It appeared that a size 10 pants size had been let out at the hip.
Years ago when I ordered from Little Black Pants, they asked the size of almost every part of my body. Consequently, the pants fit like a dream!! I wish there were some way to get another pair just like them.
The communication (especially from Jo Lyn) was exceptional. Overall, the service was very good.
The packaging itself was just fine. No problem with that whatsoever.
Thank you for your prompt responses and refund. I would like to do business again with you if we could work out a way to get my size right.
