I needed to exchange my jeans as they were too tight. I contacted customer service and they said they could not fill my order to Covid restrictions. Understandable. Waiting to hear back.

I have several pairs of the jeans and was excited to see the shorts were available. I got a white and a jean short and the white don’t fit at all. Beware of the non denim as they don’t run the same.

Fabric and sewing are great. Pants are well designed. However, none of the jeans fit me well, and when I called for other sizes, lengths, etc., I was sent different ones than I had asked for. I settled for some with a good waist fit, but too short (next size too long) and legs too wide.

Low quality

The concept of made to measure is good. I ordered a pair of jeans and grey dress pants. I am disappointed in that I wore the jeans and the zipper will not stay up. As I am wearing them the zipper opens. The fabric is very nice though.
