No Response on Order Problem

I replied to Customer Service several weeks ago on my order. Subject: #DSC26413 Text of my email: I may have hit the wrong size while placing my order. I need a size 10. I’ll be happy 😃 to return my size 8s. Let me know how to proceed! This would’ve been my 3rd or 4th order from Deer Stags. Love ❤️ your shoes. I bought the attached slippers.

I bought the attached slippers. Within 3 weeks the soles of the slippers looked like this. 99% used inside and outside to get the paper. I loved all my other Deer Stag shoes I got for work. I retired and wanted to get a high quality "retirement shoe". So I went to Deer Stags. I am totally disappointed. I don't wear them anymore. They also developed a bad smell (may not be the shoe). Also the clear tags fell out of the bottom of the slippers. I found this out when my 7 month old grandson was about to put one in his mouth. Mike Maguire mikemaguire5@comcast.net

I was not happy with

I was not happy with the quality of the boot. The cut for the leather was too big across the bottom of the tongue.

Getting a response to my

Getting a response to my emails was like pulling teeth, so when I had a final, important, question about the shoes I had been sent, I tried the telephone. Two calls a week apart have yielded zero callbacks. Your shoes may be great, but this isn't customer service. If anybody ever does read this, I'd love it if they'd actually return my phone call.
