I've been buying size 9.5 Deer Stag shoes for about 40 years and they were always great. My previous purchase in July size 9.5 was also perfect. Then I ordered these shoes Order #DSC24605 in October. They were too large. I sent them an email asking to exchange them for a smaller size. NO RESPONSE! i did return them and was issued a credit. I tried to order the same shoe but smaller size and the price had gone up over 25%! I sent another email asking for them to honor the price I originally paid. Again, NO RESPONSE! Their customer service Sucks. I will never but another pair of deer stags again.

I returned 2 pairs of slippers over a week ago. They were received according to the tracking #. I have yet to see a credit on my Credit Card. I called customer sevice and they are not talking calls due to covid restrictions. That's horrible customer sevice! Figure it out, like ALL the other retailers!

Love Deer Stags but the size I usually wear and ordered was too small - short and narrow even though I ordered a wide. Disappointed with the new shoes and your sizing.
