So, the quality of the merchandise is great. If you look at the site you know they've got some very clever items that you probably just can't live without. One of my coffee mugs arrived broken in the original package and they promptly shipped out a second replacement mug no charge, but while that was supposed to arrive prior to Christmas it never came. I finally contacted customer service again and asked for a second replacement, and the day that the second replacement was filed the original mug showed up, this one broken worse than the first one. The package look like it had been at a bomb site. Clearly a problem with delivery and not with the company. At the end of the day, all the items arrived and quality was on point.

The products are amazing, and somehow the service is even better. They treat you like a, dare I say, human? 17.9/10 would buy again (and did (several times)).

There were a lot of shipping issues and confusion and delays, but in the end, they followed through and made sure I received my order. The finished products were great as always.

I love this website. The products are always hilarious and well made. When part of a recent order was missing two items I was able to call and talk to someone who was very helpful and they had the missing mercy came in very fast! Thank you!
