My delivery was missing one of the 4 mugs. I reached out and told someone at the help@ email address. Resolved within minutes. Things happen, mistakes are a normal thing, but solving it right away is great!

The selection is always incredible - this is one of my top 3 favorite places to shop from. Also, when my local post office lost my package, the customer service was so easy to contact and far beyond what I expected. Most places would just say tough luck, we sent your package and someone else lost it, but not LookHUMAN, they resent my order right away! I love LookHUMAN!!
