Customer Service

Hello, while I am sure your customer service representatives are individually nice people, I think you might want to work on your outreach to people submitting requests for business on your website. I am trying to get something made and getting a response is like pulling teeth. I am at the point where I wonder if your business is interested in your customers at all. I think you should spend some time developing a better system to help your customers achieve their objectives.

Color was not good

I was excited until I saw the color that the product had when it arrived. Very faded.

Poor Business Ethics

I am very pleased with the products that we received, however, I did feel like I was taken advantage of and "nickel and dime'd". The size info of the shipping containers I had purchased was misleading on your website (all other websites listed height x circumference, yous listed height x width) which led me to purchasing the wrong size. Jay in support was very professional when helping me with finding the correct size, the problem I have was being hit with the return shipping cost. This is the first time I have ever had to pay for return shipping. (Typically the company takes responsibility for the shipping on returns.) i.e if I purchase clothes from an online vendor that are too small, I ask for a return label and the clothes are returned) So as mentioned, the products are great, I would just highly suggest changing your business strategy regarding these situations. It is a bummer that I wont be purchasing from TSP anymore because I do like your products, I just do not want to be burned like this again. So now I will be looking to purchase our additional banner stand cases (roughly $5000 worth of materials) elsewhere, as well as, suggesting to our partners and vendors to look elsewhere for their trade show needs as well. I understand you are a corporation and probably do not care, but morale of the story is, your business missed out on 10's of 1,000's of $ worth of new business, because of your poor handling of this situation. Product was unusable

The process was good. The proof I saw was good, but when I got the product, it was faded and not good. I can’t use it. I will be looking at another company to buy what I already purchased here.

8+ weeks, No Products and No Work!

I've been getting the run-around from a graphic designer for 8 weeks. He keeps saying he's going to get me the designs "tomorrow" or "next week. I've yet to even see a "concept". I also never received the case or X-banners I purchased (presumably because the graphic designer hasn't actually designed the banners). I paid in advance because I had funds that needed to be spent by the end of the federal fiscal year. VERY frustrated.
