We ordered trade show material that was needed in a bit of a hurry. When the proof was sent over we indicated that the graphics weren't correct and did not approve of the design. To our surprise, it was shipped anyways. We called and spoke with a representative numerous times to try to correct the error in time for the event, but he said he would return calls and didn't instead. They ended up sending the revised product after the date we needed it & had the gall to charge us for their error.
