I ordered and paid for 14ft Hopup Popup Display. But I received a 12ft Hopup. I also was charged for FedEx 3 Day but Hopup was shipped UPS ground.

I will never be using this company again. They made promises and didn’t keep them. Promised to have things shipped out only to find out that someone just never checked up on the item. Shipped broken items and took forever to replace caused us to miss 2 trade shows.

First of all be aware that the shipping information is inaccurate. I had my order in and the artwork signed off on, and still had to pay "overnight" shipping to have my order arrive a week later. Now that I am close to $700 in I really expect this banner to make a difference. Well it broke within seconds of me starting to put it together. The pole was held to the stand by a screw and it stripped right out of the hole, making the whole thing unusable for the party that I purchased it for. Now I need to make arrangements to return it FedEx for a "refund evaluation". They won't even take care of my problem. They want to decide for themselves if they feel like giving me my money back. Worst purchase and customer service I have experienced in a long time.
