Quality is good, shipping time was good, but you sent me the wrong shipping container. It was last minute and we were forced to use the one that was sent.

Several follow ups required to get our order sorted.

We ordered the Aero 2 Backwall Display. We were charged extra for express shipping, but the backwall did not arrive on time. Upon unpacking and setting the unit up we found that the zipper on the case was broken and one of the screws that hold the graphics in position was stripped and would not tighten.

I had purchased some EZ Tube Banner displays a while back and needed to update the graphics. TradeShowPlus does not make it easy. Other vendors that I have dealt with have a "Graphics Only" option available with the products online and the ordering process is a breeze. With TradeShowPlus, you have to send an email and wait for a reply (usually by the next day) and repeat until you can finally order your items, get the Order number (has to be emailed) and upload your artwork. TradeShowPlus needs to get up to speed with their competitors on making this process simpler.

1. Need to provide an installation manual on the shipping packet or how to set up LED 200 light on the hop up curved booth. 2. The graphics material look very wrinkle from the first set up.
