Banner Looks Good, Service was SubPar

I ordered a banner on August 10th. On the 11th I was told that the proof I had uploaded had issues, so I remedied them and re-uploaded it right away. I did not hear back until the 16th when I was told my proof was approved and my order was processing. I had marked that I needed my order by the 23rd. On the 22nd I had still not heard anything, so I logged into my account and my order still said 'processing'. I contacted the representative I had spoken with in a panic and he told me that my banner would arrive the next day, which it did. However, I was never given a tracking number. I was never told my order was shipped. Nothing. Luckily, everything arrived on-time for the event. But if you have any time-sensitive orders I would not trust this site.

Booth graphics arrived late, Communication and follow-through very bad.

After being told that we could meet our tight deadline, I ordered a 20 foot multi-paneled booth display that involved two-sided graphics and some additional parts. We were told two cases were required to ship our booth, so ordered accordingly. While the cases and frame for our booth arrived within the expected time frame, our graphics did not. That, and all the materials could have easily shipped in just one case (the second case was an unnecessary expense). According to the supervisor for our project, Graphics were already printed and shipped with our shipping containers… but they weren't. A week later I called for an update and he reported the graphics were reprinted and shipped again. Again, no delivery. On the supposed third attempt at printing and shipping graphics, (prompted by me calling AGAIN) I received my first tracking numbers for them, and viola materials arrived. I do not believe the first two attempts actually took place. Because the materials arrived long after our biggest show of the year, I asked to renegotiate the final price of the booth. I was assured that my issues were escalated for consideration, but three weeks later, I have received no word and no credit to my account. After the initial purchase and charging my credit card, I was the one who initiated ALL communication. There was no follow-through or pro-active reassurances offered along the way. While the quality of the graphics was fantastic, the whole process was flawed by poor communication and mishandling of my project. I would have a hard time doing business with this company again, despite my need for additional parts. I’ll find them somewhere else.

Claim and dislikes

I am satisfied with your productions. But I feel inconvenienced. If I order by online, I could check my order's progress on my account of the web site. But when I order by phone: my last two orders (inv#947139,947358), it is not possible to check the progress of the process on the web. Therefore I have to call you for checking my order. I hope that not only order on the web but also on the phone to be checked on the web. Another thing, I updated my shipping and billing address on the web, but my order arrived at my previous address. I think that I should check shipping address on the invoice I received. But why my changes are not reflected? It was really inconvenient because the product went to the previous address. And another thing: regarding invoice#947139 When I have uploaded my works, I got two emails that saying I could upload perfectly. However, after 2 days later I got an email that said the uploaded files were empty, so please send them again. I have uploaded them again. After that I got an e-mail that said e-proof come on that day, but e-proof did not come. It came 3 days later. For that reason, the goods ceased to arrive on the desired date that I set when I order. I decided to make it in time to pay $ 92.25 extra. Is this my mistake? I do not think so. I want my money back.

Pricing

Called CS to get a price adjustment because the item we purchased reduced in price the same month but was not able to offer that. Also Shipping was charged twice for the same item separate box to the same location... not sure if placing it in the same box can help reduce the cost of shipping for the company (selling and buying the product).
