Customer service by superiors is TERRIBLE!!!
Christopher and Jose who I dealt with were great, but powerless to make things right. The company dropped the ball big time (and they admitted it) and I lost a lot of time and money as a result and to date I have not been contacted by a superior/manager to try and make things right. I have not even received the machine and this survey was sent to me via email, laughable. I have no idea how the machine is but I hope people read this.
