still waiting for my merchandise

I mistakenly ordered a lathe chuck and steady rest that did not fit my lathe. I worked with Bolton to get a return authorization and returned the items, agreeing to pay restocking fees. Bolton has had the returned items for almost two weeks and I have not received my refund of over $200.

Takes forever to get parts, must be a slow boat from China.

i ordered a part for my band saw in the middle of July, after i was told the part was out of stock and could pay extra for express shipping, i paid the extra cost. Still waiting for the part in middle of October. No follow up from vender.
