I ordered equipment - the dimensions were not clear and did not work on arrival (outside dimension not key to dispensing - needed inside dimension or capacity). Called and was told would get an e-mail. got an e-mail but not clear that had to go to the bottom and follow link - done. Still waiting for e-mail with return instructions. I'm not going to spend money ordering replacement until I can return original. Have made 3 other purchases at alternate sites - that I had originally located on HRS site while waiting to resolve this issue. You are losing business due to muddy, cumbersome and so far completely ineffective return policy. If not resolved I will never order again - and I will tell everyone I know of my bad experience and advise to stay away.

I thought I was buying a storage container and lid for artisan bread dough (cost 40 dollars). What I received was a very nice bottom, but no lid. I then made contact with the company and bought the lid (another 40 dollars) - I thought. The lid I received is not compatible with the bottom, so now I am out 80 dollars and have a lid that doesn't match the bottom - the dough dries out faster than normal. Bottom line - I wasted 80 dollars and had to spend an additional 25 dollars to receive a food container which works much better Rubbermaid. Additionally, shipping from HRS was extremely expensive and very, very slow. So disappointed, I can't see ever buying something from this company again.

I am disappointed that one of the roll top chafing lids arrived with a broken weld. I contacted customer service and they replied back asking for pictures of the broken item and the box it came in. I complied and have not heard back in 4 days.

I bought a item from you and had to change and get a smaller one which you got for me but you never refunded my credit card for the first purchase????? Thanks Mike Ulrich
