When I received a phone call to go over the order, I could not understand the woman who called because she did not speak good English at all. Apparently she was trying to say that the unit that was being delivered to me was not the same as the unit pictured, which is the one I wanted. The equipment is beautiful, but it doesn’t have the refrigeration drawers that are pictured on the website. Please take actual photos of the actual piece of equipment that you were sending, otherwise it’s false advertising.

Two items did not fit. Restocking and self shipping charges cost me couple hundred at least.

I ordered a roasting pan but have not yet received it. I was told that it us on back order until March but I was charged for it anyway. Most places don't charge until they have shipped the ordered item. I am waiting for the pan.

I ordered two items that appeared to be good quality and priced right. I received an email the other day stating the product is no longer available and would not be shipping. Now I get asked to review my product and service. Not sure what to think.

The delivery time was terrible it took 3 phone calls and 3 weeks to get it.Glade I did not need it right away.
