Placed order but it's showing as "Pending" for the last few weeks. Tried calling customer service but no one is answering. This is all going on during the CV19 virus though.

My order from 4/11 still hasn’t shipped and the first communication I’ve received is this survey. I understand shipping delays these days but maybe set things up so the surveys “from start to finish” go out after the item is delivered?

I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES AN LEFT MESSAGES AND MY PHONE NUMBER AND RECORDING SAID NO ONE AT DESK AT THIS TIME AND WILL RETURN CALL < HA HA NEVER HAPPENED !!!!

I have not received my order nor have had any communication about filling, tracking or billing of Order #545320. What's up?
