Still haven’t received my product that I already paid for about a month ago. I had to email to find out the status of my order and was told it was back ordered til late July but was never notified of that prior to. Still waiting

I ordered 2 dutch ovens and I received one but I still have not received the other nor have I been given an ETA. Help!!

Package was delivered more slowly than I anticipated. When it finally arrived it came too late - so I sent an email requesting to return it. I filled out the form on the website, have emailed, and have called (no answer) - but nobody has gotten back to me at all! The selection is great but the customer service is lacking.

I’ve been waiting on a return call from Marianne to order product for my initial order and haven’t gotten any response!!
