Still waiting for back ordered product

Had better experiences I spoke to a few representatives they were not friendly, also the shipping takes forever, service good be better, they didn’t have everything I was looking for they have a selection but others have more

I received HALF of my order while you possess ALL of my money. I have called on two occasions and was promised a return call with facts I never got it. I have called again and was told you did not know when my order would be completed. I paid for these items over a month ago. This is bad business even in bad times. I want my merchandise or my money back immediately please.

Waiting nearly a month to return damaged product. Multiple messages, no response. Started off great. Good prices.

I ordered 8 foldable chafing servers, and 8 clear plastic roll-top lids. Products are good overall. 1) website chat doesn't work, and the additional comments box doesn't work on the order page. I filled both out requesting them to use a currier other than FedEx (locally, they are 2-3 months behind on delivery). They never received the information. 2) one of the 8 roll top plastic lids was manufactured/assembled incorrectly, and I haven't been able to correct it myself. See photo. The company has not responded to my email requesting a correction - so I'm left with filing a credit card claim for the defective product.
