How ironic that this showed up in my email this morning. I was so excited to find the 18.5" Fish Baskets (Code:THU-PLFP001) on your website that I ordered 4! When I called on October 5th, to order them the operator was so helpful. Even apologetic for the shipping charges being .50 less than the product. To Date I Have NOT Recieved Them.

No communication between your delays and the customer. I understand that there is Covid going on, but we have that everywhere. So communication is key

Over two months to receive what I ordered. Absolutely no communication after sale.

I haven’t seen my order and you got my money

The product I ordered was out of stock and subject to some COVID requirements not explained in the listing. A month after they charged my card but didnt send me the order I finally reached out and only then did they tell me the above. The person I spoke with was very helpful and worked to resolve the situation.
