The products shipped and were received promptly. The only problem was they were not the size advertised. The were smaller. I will make them work because it's not worth the effort to return them

Received my order only after a couple of prodding phone calls. The Dutch oven was as advertised and the lowest price. Good price-good service. Choose one or the other as the usually don't coexist.

I ordered a product (a chest-sized freezer -- Order #553225) on 4/30/2020. Aside from a terse email two days later notifying me that this product would be available in 3-4 weeks, I've not received any communications from you regarding my order.
