No communication, only one item shipped out of two, only recived remaining item after complaint. Slow shipping. Would not reccomend.

Invoice ID# 538214, Order Date: 12-16-2019, Item # MAT-331294. This product has not arrived. There was a back order date of January, and my last communication with Hotel Restaurant Supply indicated that the arrival date was now pushed back to February. We are looking forward to receiving the fluted, Game Day Pie mold. Please advise it there is another update on the arrival date(s).

this coffee maker does not brew the coffee well through, it is very expansive , my cheap $19.00 Black &Decker coffee maker does a better job, the only reason for the three stars is because of the stainless steel carafe , at least the the pot wont break like the glass one.

Ordered a sink listed as in stock, took two months to receive. After the sink came into stock was charged an additional $220 to ship.
