I really like the Weston Tomato Press that I purchased. It works great. The price on Hotel Restaurant Supply was also good. Hotel Restaurant Supply took about a week before it shipped my purchase, however. That delay is way too long. Once the tomato press was shipped from the warehouse, it arrived fairly quickly.

Can't really reply to this as product is backlogged. Our season is coming to a close soon I will probably have to rate it next year : / Beleive it is top drawer though.

After placing the order for my table and getting confirmation on 7/19/20 I waited to hear that it had been shipped. Then last week I received an email just like this one asking me about my experience start to finish. I immediately contacted your company by email and was told my table was not going to be available for delivery until December and would I be waiting for it or did I want to cancel my order. I still wanted the table so I said yes I’d wait. Completion of our deck has been delayed so I wasn’t able to use it yet anyway. What I am not happy about is that I didn’t receive any emails other than confirming my order way back on 7/19/20. Today is 8/28/20 nearly a month and a half since confirming my order. Please improve your companies communication.

I ordered a U-Line BI98 ice machine on 7/13/2020 and have not received it as of 8/16/2020. Thanks Bill
