I placed my order on Thursday January 30th. I received an email stating their was an issue with my card. I called the next two days and the system was being upgraded. They took my information and said they would call when it was finished. I haven't received a call yet. The website was easy to use and the person I talked to on the phone both days was very friendly. If someone could please let me know if this order is going to process or if I should try and order these somewhere else that would be great. Thank you!

It seemed to take a long time to get my order, however that was really not an issue. The quality of the product was somewhat disappointing - not stellar workmanship. Not bad enough to send back - just using them in a different location than originally intended.

They delivered the correct product at the price advertised. However their communications as to when it would arrive were non existent (it took 5 weeks). The website order status was vague and they did not reply to an email regarding delivery. Get it, but be prepared to wait.

I have not received my order yet!
