Product was shipped quickly and was of good quality, but when I emailed back to order in bulk quantity they never replied.

I am pleased with the product.

The product itself (stainless tea spoons) is fabulous. They are the perfect weight and length. The shipping was a little bumpy but that certainly would not deter me from ordering from HRS again.
