The order process was simple and seamless. However, I'm a little disappointed that from time of order to actually shipping, is about a week. If that lead time was cut in half, I would give a 5 star rating without hesitation.

The Lodge skillets I ordered arrived exactly as advertised.

It was easy to order, but never got an email with the tracking number after it shipped. It did come faster than they estimated by over a week.
