Very bad service no reply to emails no delivery made

I have contacted the Ulula team twice already and I am still waiting for a response. I have received wrong item which I didn't order and I have been charged for it. This is happening twice already. I am really disappointed.

1. One box of baby pasta（Alb-Gold Organic Spelt Pasta for Babies and Kids - Zoo Animal Shapes）is already 6 months past its expiry date. This is extremely worrying, as the product is intended for my baby. Fortunately, I checked carefully before use, otherwise it could have posed a health risk. 2. I ordered 3 bags of the crunchy snack（Holle Organic Crunchy Snack Millet）, but only 2 bags were delivered. 3. The 2 bags of crunchy snack I did receive have a very short shelf life of only 3 months remaining, which makes them difficult to finish in time for a baby.

I am sorry to inform you that using "Evri" as a delivery agent is no good at all. The parcel was left at an address half a mile away from me. I make a conscious attempt not to use this company and this is a problem through the North of Scotland. Please google reviews and you will see why. I would be quite happy to pay a bit extra if you used "Yodel". They are reliable. I wrote to the CEO of Evri and not a word back. The only pressure that will get them to change is if businesses club together and agree to stop using Evri.
