Not happy , as had an expired item for my baby , food . Even that had a refund don’t think this is ok to happen like this

Very disappointed to receive items packaged with polystyrene. They were soft toys, there was no need for the box to be filled with it. There was card paper in there as well, by itself it would have been sufficient. The items we selected were specifically for their eco and organic qualities. What a huge disappointment these packaging method even still exist, let alone are used by companies like yourself selling eco options to your customers.

Well there was nothing wrong with the postage etc. But if you are going to run a supposedly ethical website, you should make it clear up front that you exploit animals, so people who don't want to support that can avoid buying from you. It was an unpleasant surprise when I received the leaflet about the farm in the package. I suppose I should have been more suspicious when I saw you sold formula. Human babies drink human breastmilk. Cow babies drink cow breastmilk. Even if you have the foresight to go and read the About page, it just says "farm" (not specifically animal farming), and "Like us, these brands are influenced by deeply held beliefs that we must take care of the earth, plants, animals and people that we share our planet with. ". Breeding, killing, and taking reproductive secretions etc from animals is not taking care of them.
