Easy to find and order what I was after via website. Then I needed to make a size exchange and it was very easy. It got a bit lost in the chaos of the end of season sale but when I inquired, it was shipped back very promptly and quickly. Great customer service overall

I bought a few items for my baby granddaughter as she is growing up so fast. My daughter was delighted as Nature Baby is her favourite brand. She loves the quality of Nature Baby garments and the colour palette. These items came nicely packaged in tissue and a box which makes for easy gifting.
