I have been into your store and love what you provide for Mums and babies. I think all your products are high quality and are very happy to purchase from you and will continue to do so. I was disappointed that the 10% discount didn't apply to my first online purchase. I am not complaining but wonder if you should change the wording. When it didn't work I was told by customer service that the discount only applied to clothing. I think, if thats the case, which I am fine about it should be clearly indicated on your website. In this case I chose to purchase the swing from you after getting the email offering me a discount. It's a shame to spoil which is a brilliant service with a lack of clarity in your communication.
