Long delay- had to cancel order.
I ordered a Tripp Trapp for my son when he was a few days old, with a delivery time of 2-3 weeks. This was delayed on multiple occasions stating “we are expecting delivery by end of week. Finally, after multiple phone calls and emails, I got fed up and cancelled the order when my sons was 11 weeks old. My order with a different retailer arrived within 2 days. Had Huggle let me know the uncertainty regarding order, I wouldn’t have purchased the chair. As it was, my son missed out on over 2 months of use of the newborn attachment and I was inconvenienced as I had to keep an eye on toddler in kitchen while holding the baby.
