Would not recommend

Worst customer service ever. Ordered an item that was in stock on a website and apparently it wasn’t. Then for a month I had to listen for stories and lies about delivery. Till I lost my patience and cancelled my order. Sadly that I haven’t read the reviews before ordering as other customers had the same issues.

Terrible returns and exchange system and policy

Terrible customer service experience. So unclear and expensive return and exchange policy. After they received my return, got a call that they'll now send me an invoice! Who bills you after the fact like this. And over the phone refused to send me this over email. Plus the amounts kept changing. Never again :)

Terrible stock management and service

I purchased a Stokke Baby Set and two water bottles. Given dispatch number which didn't work. Then received an email from Huggle to state that the delivery of Stokke Baby sets had arrived after Courier had left. They stated they were in stock on the website. Then I received a call about one of the water bottles. Saying the colour I had ordered was out of stock so I chose another one. When I emailed a few days later to ask where my parcel was I was told DPD hadn't picked it up. Then another service agent advised me it was because I had changed the colour of the water bottle. I advised that I didn't change through any choice of my own. I cancelled the parcel and delivered through Natural Baby Shower and had the Stokke Set in 2 days. Why say things are in stock on the website when they clearly aren't? Absolutely terrible business management. I wish I had taken the reviews on this site more seriously

Long delay- had to cancel order.

I ordered a Tripp Trapp for my son when he was a few days old, with a delivery time of 2-3 weeks. This was delayed on multiple occasions stating “we are expecting delivery by end of week. Finally, after multiple phone calls and emails, I got fed up and cancelled the order when my sons was 11 weeks old. My order with a different retailer arrived within 2 days. Had Huggle let me know the uncertainty regarding order, I wouldn’t have purchased the chair. As it was, my son missed out on over 2 months of use of the newborn attachment and I was inconvenienced as I had to keep an eye on toddler in kitchen while holding the baby.
