Still didn’t received my money or the baby stroller. Worst company ever !!!!!

Let me start by saying

Let me start by saying I got my items but only after weeks of calling multiple times a day every week. They website showed my car seat was in stock in the colour selected along with the base. It also said it would arrive in 7 days. Come to find out it never came 7 days later and I had to call to get some sort of answer. The lady told me that the factory got mixed up with the colour and that was the issue that they will send another in a week. Surprise surprise didn’t come again. Called and the lady told me that they were going to order from the manufacture themselves and shipped directly to me. Nothing came. Called again. Lady said that they had to go through a separate retailer to order car seat to get it shipped to me. Also please note weeks have passed by since my initial estimated arrive date. I would call somethings but I think they have caller ID and it would go to voicemail and after that it wouldn’t even go to voicemail. It would say voicemail full try again later and hung up. Honestly the most stressful but I have ever done. Will never ever be shopping here again and will actively discourage friends and family to not shop here.

My order took ages to come and then have to be returned and then I got back less than I paid for the item in a refund

Terrible delivery and customer service

I ordered a Stokke high chair from huggle as it said the product was in stock when a lot of other shops had long lead times. The estimated delivery was 2-3 weeks. However, the product took months to arrive. Whenever I asked about delivery I was told “early next week” and yet it still wouldn’t arrive. At one point I could get the product directly from the Stokke website in a week but I was promised mine was coming; for it to yet again. It arrive. When the delivery did finally come the set of baby spoons were not included. Again it turns out these were not in stock and so I was offered a different set. I have still seen no delivery of these. I have tried to complain and been told I would be rung by a manager but no one has called. I feel I have been misled by false marketing by huggle claiming everything was “in stock” when products were clearly not. I would recommend people avoid huggle.

Service and communication were terrible

Service and communication were terrible and the fact that delivery was woefully and overdue. Not impressed
