Terrible experience and my last one at that. I have previously ordered from Huggle and had a great experience, but my last 2 orders were awful. I ordered a specific brand of breast pads and got sent another due to stocking issues, no notification of this until they showed up and I called in. My second order never even showed up! Was delayed for almost 3 weeks, same excuse as always that 'staff are off sick' would not use again.

It took months of emails, messages and phone calls to receive the products I had purchased. The customer service I received is truly the worst I have ever encountered in my life. I will never use Huggle again as a result.

It arrived over a month after I ordered it which was very disappointing as had to buy a second hand chair in the meantime!

Quality of goods, mold on all the wood! Sent photos and no one replied. Really expensive products but not to standard and no customer service

Delivery delayed by weeks. Incredibly difficult to get answers from Huggle. Was promised a voucher in compensation which never materialised. I would not recommend.
