Terrible service

Took over 3 months for delivery and still haven’t received everything- have had to chase repeatedly and some messages were missed by customer service.

Still haven’t received the product and no indication when we will!

Really disappointing experience. None of my safety questions could be answered, they had no knowledge on the products they were selling and as a first time mum I left more overwhelmed and confused than before I started. Wouldn’t recommend the consultation service to anyone.

8 weeks after purchase, product still wasn’t dispatched despite email correspondence reassuring me it would be “within the next week” every week
