You took weeks to deliver my goods, no updates on the delays (I had to contact you myself), dishonest and terrible customer service!

Was waiting much longer than 7 days for goods and I had to keep messaging them to find out status of order. Took them two days each time to reply to an email of not longer than that

Terrible customer service and product arrived nearly 3 weeks late! No offer of refunding the delivery fee, which is ridiculous as I’ve paid for a service not received, in fact they just stopped responding to my emails! Anyway, a terrible service and no remorse, so I won’t be using them ever again and I’ll tell everyone I know to avoid like the plague.

No tracking number was provided for the past 6 weeks as well as a delay in the delivery for a month now. There is no costumer service reply beside the Twitter account but a gap is seen between them and the warehouse.

Paid for next day delivery for it to arrive 4 days later. Promised a refund and still waiting. Because off this I won't use huggle again. Can't be trusted
