Service/communication needs improvement!
I placed an order for 2 cuddledry towels, 1 set of bamboo facecloths and a moby hair rinser. When my delivery arrived 1 cuddledry towel was not in the package. I had paid for 2! I spoke to Kori who said that is correct and will look into it , turned out said more were in stock but couldn't be found in warehouse was told more will become available on 22nd after I queried again having not had a reply for a coupleof days. I was offered the option of a refund for the towel or wait for it to come into stock. I replied via email that I will wait for the towel to come back into stock but would like a £9 refund for the moby rinser for the inconvenience caused. I was then the next day without any further communication/information from Huggles refunded £30 for the towel when this us not what I had requested! So am very unhappy 😡as I am left 1 towel short.
