Item never arrived

I placed an order on the 2nd January and received a dispatch notice a week or so later. The tracking wasn't recognised when I continually checked it. Another week went by and it still hadn't arrived. When I contacted Huggle they informed me the dispatch email was sent in error and they would contact the supplier to see why it hadn't arrived. Over 5 days I asked for an update and never got an answer via the 'chat'. In the end I had to phone and request a full refund. The advisor I spoke to issued my refund and said once that had been processed they'd look into what happened. The following day I bought the same item from another company and it arrived within 2 days. Huggle must do better.

Products were fine but paid

Products were fine but paid $100 for shipping as I live in Canada thinking itd get to me in time and it took 3 months to arrive!! Then had to pay additional boarder fees which is astronomical for shipping on something that took so long. Customer service was always friendly and polite but in my opinion should have lifted or refunded some of the cost for the inconveniences. Would not be ordering from this company again nor would I refer them to anyone else. Normally don’t complain but found this process very frustrating and wondered at times if I was being scammed because I kept not getting a package. Was very disappointed.
