Item never arrived
I placed an order on the 2nd January and received a dispatch notice a week or so later. The tracking wasn't recognised when I continually checked it. Another week went by and it still hadn't arrived. When I contacted Huggle they informed me the dispatch email was sent in error and they would contact the supplier to see why it hadn't arrived. Over 5 days I asked for an update and never got an answer via the 'chat'. In the end I had to phone and request a full refund. The advisor I spoke to issued my refund and said once that had been processed they'd look into what happened. The following day I bought the same item from another company and it arrived within 2 days. Huggle must do better.
