My package has been delivered 4 weeks after the purchase date (even if I was communicated that the order will be delivered to me next week). After receiving an email that my shipment “is on the way” it took huggle 10 extra days to deliver the package to DPD. Since the day of that email, I followed up with the customer service team a number of times and have not received any update / explanation etc. This is unacceptable for any company but especially for baby products.

One of the worst online shopping experience I ever had. Poor communication and item only arrived after 3 weeks. Its been the most stressful few weeks not knowing when my parcel will be delivered.

Terrible customer suport, 1 month delay on the delivery, poor feedback.

Waiting forever for your items and then having to call to chase the item for it to be sent faulty. Promised deliveries that never arrive cause warehouse not shipped out. Very upset and disappointed as I spent over £1000+ on items
