Slow delivery took over 4 weeks to receive my order. Once you’ve paid and it says home delivery they email to tell you it’s actually not and you need to pay extra! If I knew I’d have to pay additional £4.99 I would of ordered else where as it ended up costing me more! Slow response to emails as well overall bad experience

I ordered from Huggle for the first time in October and sadly I would never order from this company again. I wasn't kept up to date with expected delivery times. I had to constantly chase for my order, in fact I am still waiting for delivery of a rain cover from October. Seems to be only 1 person who is on customer service (very helpful by the way). Overall just poor communication. Happy to take your money and then you hear no more from them. Very disappointed.

I have ordered from Huggle twice, both due to a unique colour way offered versus other retailers. On both occasions, Huggle took my money despite not having stock and then took over two months to deliver.

Poor service. Change the estimated delivery times and then don’t process a refund. Would not advise using this company.

Product was fine but I ordered in December and did not receive my item until February 🙃
