Items arrived very late, despite mentioning being. It has been very troublesome trying to get support and service from staff. Regrettably, while huggle offers a great selection, service is very poor.

Product took almost 6 weeks to arrive!

Very poor communication regarding the order. I was told on several occasions that it would be delivered and then heard nothing, essentially being lied to. The product itself was great but due to the service I wouldn’t use Huggle again.

My order was delivered more than 2 months late. It required multiple chasing via email on my part to get my order resent as it had apparently been lost. If I had known I was looking at such a lengthy timescale and so much effort would be needed chasing the huggle team to find out where my order is, I would have definitely ordered from a different brand.
