Having made multiple purchases from Huggle recently I would say their service is hit and miss. Yes you will get an automatic e-mail response to your order, no you won’t get your order anytime soon. Most probably it will take some time without any updates as to where your delivery might be. As the products are all the same on most competitive sites I would say there is little or no advantage rolling the dice with Huggle’s. If you call up the team are helpful and professional, however, you will still have to wait for your delivery. As I keep getting requests for feedback I’m happy to do so.

Lovely website and also people involved if you have to call. However, I have placed 3 orders and not one has been completed without some form of drama. 15 days for a simple delivery of ‘In stocks items is not good enough. You will have to chase for updates. If the reason is ‘Covid’ then please put this on your website with an honest timescale. I have ordered from other companies and had better more reliable service.

Either failed to fulfil my order or DPD lost it, I suspect the former. Tried to contact customer service via online chat to rectify situation before it was too late but there was no one there. The next day I received an apology and a refund however so that was efficient. I try and support smaller businesses instead of Amazon but it’s disappointing when they let you down.

Consistent problems with online experience: actual delivery times vastly different from those quoted on website; items lost/not-shipped; no follow-up unless repeatedly chased by me. It's a shame because we have been customers of Huggle's for many years (since our first child) and it used to be excellent

I didn’t receive my item until 6 weeks after I ordered it as there stock wasn’t updated and they didn’t have it in stock.
