Took awhile to arrive but updated regularly to let us know that it was covid related staffing issues that caused the delay. Lovely staff & rapid responses to follow up emails

Great Customer Service
Customer service was perfect, I had a couple of questions, but they were answered quickly & by an extreme helpful member of the team. Would use Huggle again & would recommend them as a good company to buy from.

Not too bad.
I ordered a carseat and a baby sunglasses from huggle. The sunglasses I received after 5 days but there carseat took ages. I did email a few times and got a response within 24h but they couldn't tell me when I could expect it. After 4 weeks I called them and spoke to a lovely lady (Sarah) and it turns out that it was suppose to have been sent straight from the supplier but it was out of stock and they hadn't informed huggle about it. I was asked if I wanted a refund or if I was happy to have the carseat a different colour. Got the new carseat the next day. Super happy with it.

Ok but could be better
More information about my order could have been supplied. Also delivery was hard to track so I felt a bit in the dark with my order for a few weeks.
I did call to check the progress and did get through to someone which was great, they were friendly but were not able to give me much information.
