Shipping was long but worth the wait

The delivery was bit late than expected but not much. Service was great👍

The product itself looks fine but it took nearly a month to arrive instead of the originally promised week, so it’s a good job I wasn’t nearer my due date. At one point dpd said they’d deliver the next day but they never showed up and I had to chase Huggle. Apart from poor service for delivery, customer service itself were helpful and quick to respond.

Really happy with the product. Bought it as a bath for our 15 month old as we are getting a new bathroom and getting rid of the bath for a walk in shower. It's a great size and she loves it, still room to move around in and means we don't have to fill the whole bath with water each night. Also easy to transport to nana and grandads as they don't have a bath either. Only down side is delivery was really slow, took weeks for despatch but when I emailed customer care they made sure it got despatched straight away. Would recommend this product
