Great little product, we get asked about it all the time, great for older toddlers for when their legs get tired. Unfortunately the delivery speed was not set right and we didn't get the item in time for a trip. But Huggle did refund part of the postage for the inconvenience.

There was initially a problem with shipping - I was informed the item had been dispatched but the courier page never updated to say they had received it. When I contacted the customer services team they were quick to respond and very apologetic, saying that the courier company had lost the package and that they were sending me a new item out straight away with a different courier which arrived the next day.
