Awful customer service

Very complicated to use with the stair banister. Is a chore to unlock and lock every time.

I had to pay extra for an installation kit not included in my order. I should not have had to buy an installation kit. It was supposed to be in the original order with the stair barrier. Your customer service never contacted me to assist me.

Wow, finally a solution that will connect to my banister without drilling! How wonderful, all the detailed information on their website says it can even be installed at the top of the stairs. Then you receive it and find out a critical caveat: the edge of the banister must be at least a foot away from the edge of the top step as this thing isn't as structurally sound as they claim. Why isn't this mentioned on the website? If it is, I must have missed it and never would have ordered a product that won't work in my home. OK fine, so time to return the item. New surprise, a restocking fee! It's not 1985, nobody charges restocking fees anymore, but these guys do. Ripoff.
