False info on website: - (UPS Ground = 2 biz days delivery) - M-F 9-5 EST customer service is false as well. Called twice during that window and went right to voicemail - No consideration/empathy in late delivery and having to drive 120 miles round trip to pick up package (late) at vacation home

I did get a response from the company, but I wish the installation instructions had emphasized that installing into a dry wall is unlikely to yield a good result and to try to find a stud first.

Charged $20 for restocking when it was returned.

Useless, flimsy and downright hazardous. Do not buy if you have young children
