Unit should come with drywall anchors. Latching system could be improved significantly. Lower part of the fabric frays easily by the zipper and should use velcro so it’s easily removed.

It is stylish and absolutely was great to install my stair configuration, but it is a pain to try and come down the stairs with one kid in hand and un buckle the thing while keeping the toddler downstairs with my husband. I wish there was an easier way to close and open the gate that is actually safer while holding an infant (or not, in general bending down to open the bottom latch on while coming down the stairs is rather dangerous).

Almost impossible to have a baby in your arms and open the gate at the same time. They look great and function well, if you don't need to open them.

Will not work as planned. would like to return for full refund. Please Let me know what to do.
